In the deep Midwinter...

The previous plotting post made mention of ghosts and spirits appearing as evening falls on December the 21st. This is a separate post for some more focused plotting, if anyone wants to do it!

The ghosts that will appear will vary in age, gender, time period, even universe of origin. Some of them will be peaceful, simply unrestful and may even engage in polite, pleasant conversation. Some may be playful or mischievous, either benevolently or with far more malevolent intentions and some may even be violent. Particularly strong spirits are able to affect the world around them with limited effect, or even take possession of weaker-minded people.

Spirits may also have the ability to take on the appearance of someone that the person they come across knows from home. However, they will only be able to look as the person remembers and will know nothing more than the person they have attached to knows. No deep dark secrets from home, sorry!

As dawn breaks on the 22nd of December the spirits will disappear from whence they came. Feel free to have as much fun with this as you like!

This post is for the purpose of questions and plotting, should you have any specific ideas. Also, it would be appreciated if you could answer the following question in the Questions comment, should you have a moment! - Would you find it useful to have a mod-posted log for the evening/night of the 21st, to save on community flooding?

Also since I see you have stuff goin' on with Manaka on this front, how do you want to balance that with Waver?

I was thinking that they're going to be two separate scenes entirely? So Waver and Manaka won't have any need to interact. But once Lamont's himself again, he's gonna be like "dude you're not gonna believe what happened to me".

OH NO sorry I was just really vague in that comment.

There are two ghosts that will be bothering Lamont. #1 is simply a case of harassment that Manaka is going to help him with. #2, however, will result in his being possessed. I think I was clearer in his actual plotting comment.
