March Test Drive


Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?

Have no fear, a meme for you is here.



Directions:
  • Post with your character with their name and canon on top!
  • Choose a location and prompt or wait for someone else to tag.
  • If you'd like, leave contact info for people to get in contact for plotting and other such shenans.
  • Tag around! Make friends. Don't be afraid to chat OOC while tagging.



    Locations:

    1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.

    2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?

    3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!

    4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.

    5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.

    6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.

    7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.


    Scenarios

    1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.

    2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.

    3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?

    4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!

    [If she is intimidated by him, it doesn't show at all, her hands resting on either side of her as her legs continue to swing. She almost looks amused, really.]

    I know enough to hit a nerve. So she is still seeing things, huh? Hmm...

    But if she is still alive, something must be different here... [She taps her chin with a finger.]

    I wonder what it could be...

    [He's not looking to intimidate. He's now wondering what Lumina is. She calls monsters to her and while he can do the same in legions, he hasn't done so since his arrival and while Yeul still lives. He calms down and tucks the Chaos' Revenge behind him. The dark energy swirls around him through his levitation.]

    The Unseen Realm is inaccessible to us. This place, this shadow blocks us from returning to the place of Yeul's birth. Etro has not yet fallen, yet your arrival as me vexed. Your presence marks the integration that has been foretold in my future.

    [He hasn't taken his eyes off of Lumina and he's not about to attack her. He's learning that she's a lot more than she appears. The dark sister to Yeul, a fragment of Lightning, he can't quite see it yet and Yeul has yet to have a vision.]

    This place is disconnected from other worlds. It is protected by a Darkness unlike any we have encountered though it is not beyond use to us. I have tapped into it, taken its power in order to survive.

    [All his speculation about her just gets a little smile and giggle, followed by a shrug.]

    I guess I'm just a mystery.

    [The rest, though, has her curious, and she holds out a hand, letting her chaos swirl around her fingers like a dark, coiling animal almost.]

    Huh. I don't feel any different...I can still touch it, feel it. Make more of it.

    [She drops her hands back to her lap, letting the chaos sputter into the air and vanish.]

    [His eyes narrow. The way she brings up the Chaos so easily is in indicator that most of his humanity is still in tact. His soul hasn't been consumed yet which is why he needs another source. He doesn't make any remark to his condition and focuses on her instead.]

    What of your soul?

    [Well, that's interesting. He won't bother to ask the little prankster again.]

    [With that said, he vanishes into the darkness and fades out of view. Yeul has summoned him and he has to obey.]
