2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?

3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!

4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.

5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.

6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.

7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.

1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.

2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.

3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?

[Serah had just arrived at the train station, and unsure of exactly what was happening, she was looking around for information--someone she knew, even. However, she stopped as soon as she felt the eyes on her, and then looked at the little version of herself.]

That's...chaos?

[chaoticwhimsy]

[The moment the train with Serah had arrived in the city, Lumina had known. She didn't know how, or why, but she had, which was why she was sitting on top of the little station as the other rose haired girl had stepped onto the platform.]

[Huh.]

[A million questions ran through her head but she pushed them aside, focusing on what Serah had said. She stretches her arm out and bits of chaos swirl around her fingers.]

Yup. Just good old Chaos.

[Serah had to admit, the girl looking the way she did was a bit concerning, confusing even. It was like looking in a mirror, if that mirror only reflected your 13-year-old self. Well, minus the chaos and the lolita outfit. She had been much more plain.]

Do you control it?

[That would be a cause for concern, because generally that means you're messing around with time, and...well, she hoped this girl was no walking paradox, she had no clue. She'd have to look around more.]

You know, you can come down here. I'm not going to hurt you. My name is Serah. What's yours?

[She just shrugs. Whether she controls the chaos or it just humors her is something she generally tries not to dwell on. But she smirks at the rest of it.]

I'm Lumina. But what makes you so sure I should come down there? What if I'm dangerous, huh?

Sometimes you have to take that risk.

[She smiles warmly, in contrast to Lumina's smirk.]

I think if you were going to hurt me, you would have done it by now.

[chaoticwhimsy]

You would certainly know about taking risks, wouldn't you.

[Lumina shrugs though, and drops off the overhang, vanishing in a swirl of black chaos and shimmery crystalline light, only to reappear behind the older girl. Her hands were folded behind her back, her head tilted to the side, her expression quite curious.]

Hm?

[Serah cocks her head to the side, echoing Lumina's next action, before turning around to the younger girl, slightly bewildered.]

If you're trying to scare me, you'll have to try a little harder.

[chaoticwhimsy]

Why would I want to scare you?

[Lumina shrugs and smiles, turning to the side and starting a slow walk around Serah, her steps long, her arms swinging at her sides.]

So. Serah Ferron, huh? Stepping off a train into a strange, mysterious city of darkness.

[She puts a bit of that ooooo feeling into her words with a grin.]

I didn't tell you my last name...

[Okay, slightly creeped out now. She follows Lumina, never letting her back be turned on the young girl.]

How'd you know it?

[chaoticwhimsy]

[Lumina doesn't answer for a moment, trying to decide what to say. Finally she shrugs, stopping and spinning to face the girl, her hands clapping together.]

You could say I know your sister.

[cantfixtime]

You know Lightning?!

[Serah is really concerned now, getting slightly closer to Lumina.]

Is she here?

[chaoticwhimsy]

No, no, I don't know her here. I mean back there. In our world.

[She just smiles, not moving as the other steps closer.]

But she is here, yes. Somewhere.

[cantfixtime]

I'll have to go find her.

[Serah looks slightly confused that Lumina is from her world, not remembering anyone that even looks like her being around Lightning.]

[She begins to head off, desperate to see her sister again.]

[Lumina almost looks put out as Serah just strides off, and after a few seconds she huffs and steps into a swirling vortex, only to drop out of it a bit ahead of Serah, plopping down on a brick wall to watch the other girl.]

You can't just run off and find her. I mean, i would think you would know that after the last time you tried.

It worked out so well, after all

What do you mean? Noel and I fixed all the paradoxes. I was just about to go see her again.

[Whoops, Serah never made it to the end of that part. She was actually just about to go back to 500 AF when she was put here.]

[chaoticwhimsy]

[Congratulations, Serah. You just made Lumina speechless. She just stares at the other girl, she almost looks like she might cry. But she manages to gather herself up after a moment, drawing in a breath, though the chaos swirling around her gets worse.]

Right. Of course you are.

[cantfixtime]

[Serah knows when a child lies to her. And she knows that right now, Lumina is hiding something. She'll push it if she has to, but right now she'll do some gentle prodding. She steps closer to the girl.]

Lumina, you aren't telling me something. You know something, don't you? I won't be mad if you tell me.

[chaoticwhimsy]

[But that facade is back up, and she just shrugs, letting her heels bouncing off the wall as her legs swing.]

I'm not worried about you being mad, Serah. Probably wouldn't care...

Lets just say...time travel is annoying and leave it at that, okay?

Hm.

[Serah's not pleased with the answer, but she's not going to force it out of a girl she just met for no good reason. She guesses there might have been another paradox to solve, but that seemed unlikely.]

[chaoticwhimsy]

Anyway! [She claps her hands together as she hops off the wall.]

Your dear sister is around here somewhere. Fang too, grumpy as ever, and even the little Seeress and her stalwart overprotective guardian.

I'm sure you'll find them. Eventually.

[cantfixtime]

Is Snow here? He's my fiance.

[She knows how unlikely it is, considering he wasn't in the first list, but....she misses him, too. Very much so.]

Tall, handsome, calls himself a hero.

[chaoticwhimsy]

Yeaaaah, I know him. He's not here. Well, I haven't seen him.

[And she's been creeping so...]

Probably too busy being noble about something.

That's him alright. But I think it's pretty admirable.

[She smiles, and then remembers what she set out to do.]

I really need to go, Lightning would be mad if I didn't tell her I was here.

Admirable in small doses, maybe. He does seem to go pretty overboard with it.

[Like sacrificing himself to save a city, but she doesn't add that bit.]

I can pretty much guarantee Lightning is not going to be angry at you, no matter how long you take to find her.

Sometimes. But his heart's in the right place.

[She shakes her head.]

No, she'd be upset at least. We haven't seen each other in a long time.
