1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.

2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?

3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!

4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.

5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.

6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.

7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.


Scenarios

1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.

2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.

3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?

[ Well... they do say that talented fighters can sense each other's presence somehow. Or at least can tell when one is nearby just by looking at a person. And with this monk? He was able to tell that this particular girl is... well... something, at least!

So after purchasing his own cup of coffee, Honori will approach the blonde girl and clear his throat to get her attention. ]

Ahem-- Ah, excuse me. Are you particularly busy at this moment? I was hoping if we could talk, if you are free that is.

[inochan]

[ Wait. what. You're a guy?!! Haha, enjoy Ino mistaking you for a pretty, young lady. ]

Nope! Not busy at all. Feel free to grab a seat and keep me company. [ She smiled sweetly. Aw, yeah. Time to get some information around here. ]

I'm Ino. What's your name?

[Wouldn't be the first time that had happened to him! But it looks like she's okay with him so far, so he'll be seating himself across from her of the table booth.]

Oh good! I'm glad to hear that. I'm still trying to approach people here and be a little more social, so I apologize if I sound strange or weird.

[He then gives her a sheepish smile and a small nod in return for her greeting.] My name is Honori. A pleasure to meet you, Ino. And I don't believe I've seen you around in the social parts of this town before... have you just arrived here recently?

Hmm, so you're a shy one. How adorable.

[ The sweet smile shifts into a devious smirk. He reminded her of Sakura when they were younger. ]

Yeah, I'm 'new'. Not really sure what I need to do now. It seems like an ordinary city. Boring, but decent. Perhaps you can help a girl out and share some information!

[ He immediately tries to shift away from that first comment by taking out a small crudely drawn map he had made so far from his carrying bag and spreads it on on his side of the table facing her. Just a general layout of the area with some notes he has written down in certain places in regards to labels and potential warnings of monster sightings. ]

Well, in that case, I can share this with you. It's not complete, but it should give you a general idea of what is where. So let's say you arrived from the train station... here. [He taps at the top left corner of the map and then moves his finger.]

And currently, we're on the opposite end of the map over here. [Tapping at building 21 listed.] In the middle of the town are the general stores that, from what I understand, are well stocked with plenty of materials and necessities, yet no one knows how or why. At least nobody I've spoken to, at any case.

And if you're here, then it should be best to find a place to stay at any of the vacant houses. Or if you have found a friend here that you know of from home or someone here that could take you in, all the better. That would be my number one recommendation for a newly arrived person.
