Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?

1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!

King Mickey | Kingdom Hearts Series
[Trains aren't exactly gummi ships. They're not keyholes, either. So how in blue blazes did the King get here?
A quick spin of his wrist and he draws his keyblade. Can't be too cautious, after all--who knows if this new World is inhabited by heartless? He sneaks on tip-toe past the train station to check out his surroundings.]
I don't think I've seen a city like this before... Or even heard of it!
[In fact, he should still be with Yen Sid and Riku...
After a few moments, Mickey notes a strange weight in his pocket, and pulls out the watch.]
What's this--?
[For a few moments, Mickey lets down his guard to investigate the watch and try to get it working. Now might be a good time to approach, since he's 'dropped' his keyblade.]

A big mouse... she's seen stranger. But why has he got a Keyblade?
And why does seeing him ... make her head hurt so badly?
Swallowing any further winces of pain, Xion steels her spine and walks over. ]

Mickey turns a little red, giving a sheepish smile.]

[ Dazed, Xion shakes her head roughly, like a dog shaking off water. It doesn't help, and she has to press the heel of her palm to her temple. ]
Why ... do I feel like I know you? Something about you is so familiar...

I'm King Mickey. I'd really like to get to know ya and all, but maybe you should sit down first.
[He reaches for her hand, as if to lead her-- only offering, of course.]

but he certainly hadn't expected to see a familiar face when he'd gone out. certainly not this familiar face.
Riku stops dead in his step, frozen, suddenly unsure of himself. what if it isn't the King? that had happened before, right? met a Mickey that wasn't the King. ]

[ hesitant; testing. ]

[Mickey hops to attention, near dropping the watch when he runs toward him.]
I didn't think I'd see you here! Well, uh... Not that I know where I am. [A sheepish laugh, and Mickey looks around.]

[It's been so long since she's seen him. Years, in fact, since the last day she'd set foot in Yen Sid's tower, since she'd taken Ven home and fell into the Realm of Darkness.]

He rears back on his feet, eyes widening as he nearly falls backwards.]
Aqua! [Gotta hurry over to her before it turns out to be just the trick of the light! (or the darkness?)]

[She's older now though, more experienced.]

[It takes all of his energy not to wrap the girl in a hug.]

[He has so many questions he can't even get his thoughts in order.]

[Mickey gives Aqua that hug, but... frowns. He pulls away to look at her, hands on her arms (as he's much too short to give her a comforting shoulder pat), and tilts his head.]
I'd love to catch up with ya, Aqua, but I think you're gonna have to tell me where we are first. Whaddya mean, 'the city'?

This is Ruby City, it's another world that isn't connected to any of the ones we've ever been to. People from the past and future can show up here at any time.

[He leans back to look around, left to right-- and then frowns, putting one hand on his hip and using the other to rub at his chin.]
I thought something wasn't right. That means I didn't get here by gummi ship at all-- or even the keyblade.

[Gummi ship, that's a new one. Sort of. It sounds a bit familiar. Something Sora once said, maybe?]
The group that runs the city, Temper and his kin, they brought us here. Somehow, they just pluck us from where ever we are and we wake up on the train.
[And, of course, Aqua doesn't realize that he might mean Riku.]
No one. Ven and Terra were here a couple years ago but they were sent home.

[That's not a good sign at all. Mickey's shoulders fall, and so does his face.
...Then, though, he looks serious again.]

It's what this city does. When we come here, everything sort of stops because, when they send us home, we go to the exact moment that we left. And we don't remember anything about this city.

[Mickey can't help the exaggerated reaction he has, rearing back on his heels again.
He slouches once more, shaking his head.]

Zack has no idea how he got here, or what a train even is. He's looking around frowning. The last thing he remembers... Oh! He'd been watching Phil and Hercules train by one of the pillars and then...
Huh. Next thing he remembers is being on that weird monster and then stepping off onto a platform. Scratching his head he looks this way and that, and is grateful when he spots Mickey in the distance.
Not that he realize he's about to address a giant mouse.]
