March Test Drive

Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
Locations:
1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!

[The city's train station has been subject to some odd arrivals, and while not certainly not the strangest, the young man clad in Roman Centurion garb is still a rather anachronistic sight.
A few steps from the door he shakes his head, as if coming out of a daze. His eyes then go wide and he turns around, thumping his hands on the closing train doors.]
No! No no no no no!
[He chases the train down the platform, but soon it is pulling away off into the distance.]
No. Not again!
no subject
Hey. Ain't gonna be able to get back that way, it's a one-way train.
no subject
No. I have to go back. I can't be stuck here.
no subject
S'not that easy. The people who brought us here, they ain't gonna let us go. Not any time soon. S'alright though, got a bunch of people workin' at finding a way.
no subject
And the people who are keeping us here. Do they have a name? [He pauses for a moment and then lowers his voice.] Are they even people?
no subject
I know a couple'a their names. One is Temper and another is Dil, I think. Not sure what they are. Aliens, maybe?
Argh, sorry I've been so slow on this ><
[Temper and Dil though. Not very alien sounding names.]
What do they look like? Human? You haven't seen anything that looks like a pepperpot with a plunger and an eggbeater attached to it, have you?
It's okay <33
[Wait what?]
You mean a Dalek? No, there are none here. Not that we've seen.
no subject
Good. Not something I want to run into again. Is there anyone around here that calls himself The Doctor? He has a blue police box and wears a bowtie.
no subject
[He knows about the Doctor, the Daleks and the police box so-]
The TARDIS is parked by the police station. I'll show ya.
no subject
THREE of him. I'm surprised this city is still standing.
You know what it's called though? Do you travel with the Doctor as well?
no subject
[She grins.]
I do, yeah. Rose Tyler, nice t'meet you.
no subject
[It's a strange phrasing, for all that he's very aware that no one ever seems to be able to get back on the train afterwards, much less has actually been aware of how that got on the train in the first place.
On the other hand, he's not so much as batting an eye at the fact that it looks like a Roman Centurion has just stepped off the train.]
Does this happen to you often, then?
no subject
More often than I'd like. I don't suppose you've seen a man wearing a bow tie and a blue police box around here, have you?
no subject
I have, actually. Both him and the TARDIS. I can take you there, if you wanted to see if he's actually around?
no subject
Is there anyone here with him. Is there someone named Amy Pond? Or a great stone cube? Is the Pandorica here?
no subject
I'm guessing that what the cube is called? The Pandorica? But no, it's not here. And if there's an Amy Pond here I haven't met her yet. Which certainly doesn't mean she isn't here, but I think you might need to ask the Doctor who actually... belongs to the TARDIS that's here, if that makes any sort of sense.
Argh, sorry I've been so slow on this ><
But mostly he just feels like he's let Amy down for being pulled away from her. The Doctor just happens to be close to the top of the short list of people he thinks could possibly be responsible.
He better not be. And if he is, he better have a damn good reason.]
Please. Take me to the Doctor.
No worries!
But he'll do his best, at the very least, and he can certainly manage to find the TARDIS. Finding all of his other selves might be harder, but he'll do his best.]
This way, then. Ah, and I don't think I managed to catch your name?
no subject
[He takes off his helmet and rolls it in his hands as he looks it over.]
A lot has happened since then.
no subject
[But well... time travel happens, and he doesn't seem to be too bothered about the idea of someone being taken from the 20th century ending up as a Roman centurion. It's strange, yes, but not entirely out of the ordinary.]
But it's very nice to meet you all the same.
no subject
No. No this can't be. The Doctor breaks into a run, just to reach the man a little quicker, to find out whether he could possibly be right with his suspicion.
He stops short of the Centurion, who just turns around.]
Rory Pond! It is you!
[Launching himself at the other, the Doctor is laughing happily, so very glad to see his friend. Rory's back is repeatedly patted as Eleven hugs him.]
Rory, the Roman! Hello!
no subject
He sees that face. Of course it's him.]
Doctor...
[Of course he'd be here...and look how happy he is. He has no idea does he? He just up and abandoned Amy again, didn't he?
With full plastic strength he shoves the Doctor back.]
The Pandorica! Amy! Where is she?!
no subject
Utterly surprised, nearly shocked, he stumbles back one or two steps before he reaches out to the other man again, his face serious, concerned.]
Rory. Calm down. It's alright. It's all gonna be fine. Amy is fine.
[A takes a quick breath, not quite giving Rory time to react before he continues.]
I am from your future, Rory. I know what happened to Amy - what will happen to her from your perspective. She will be fine, alive and healthy because you protected her with your life for nearly 2000 years, Rory Williams from Leadworth.
no subject
This all sounds too fantastic.
But this is the Doctor here. Fantastic doesn't mean anything. He doesn't trust the man, but he trusts him enough to not lie about this.]
Two thousand years...Amy is okay...
[Tears come to his eyes, possibly as plastic as his skin, but still close enough to real. He sniffs and then furrows his brow.]
I need to get back. I can't leave her alone.
