1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.

2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?

3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!

4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.

5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.

6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.

7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.

1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.

2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.

3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?

[ Enter: Song! An older girl wearing... Nothing but a white one-piece swimsuit with some blue stripes up the side. She's got a large beach towel draped over one arm but despite the temperature and her state of undress, doesn't seem to have any interest in covering herself.

She approaches Tonika from the opposite direction, raising a hand in greeting - first person she's seen since she got here. She's holding the same pocketwatch in that hand, but not really playing with it. ]

Yo.

[ She blinks, stares, realizes she's staring, then cautiously averts her eyes. She doesn't know what the heck is going on. God damn. ]

Can I-- help you?

Nah, I'm alright. But a storm is coming - you might want to get indoors.

I... I don't know where to go. I've never been here before. I don't even know why I am here.

Then we're in the same ship.

But that doesn't mean you shouldn't tend to immediate needs. There's a cafe up there. [ she motions back over her shoulder in the direction she came. ]

[ Her northern Austrian accent may make her a little hard to understand, but she pushes through it to speak as plainly as possible. ]

I see. And it is a safe place?

[ Song is as used to accents as is humanly possible thanks to her job, so no problems there ]

I was just there, and so far so good.

Do you know what this place is?

No idea. [ she just shrugs, seeming unbothered by this. ]

Could be Earth, I guess.

... Of course it's Earth-- I don't know how it couldn't be.

Yeah. [ Song doesn't look terribly invested in this one way or the other, but she still comes up beside Tonika, then turns back to face towards the cafe. ]

Right... thank you. You don't have to help me if you're busy. [ She'll begin to follow. ]

I wasn't. Just as lost as you, kid. And I want to stay dry. [ even though she's wearing??? A swimsuit????? ]

... Do you need to cover up?

No. Why?

... [ ... Takes the brown cloak off her shoulders and offers it. ]

[ Song just shakes her head. She looks kind of confused - she said she was fine! ]

[ ... puts her coat back on thinking she was right to offer, right?? This other person is mostly nude what's going on. ]

[ Song leads her to a cafe, but instead of going in just goes to the small bench outside where it's covered by an over-hang. She lays out her towel across it, sideways so there's room for both of them to sit on it. (why??? it's a bench WHY SONG) and then takes a seat. ]
