June Test Drive~!

Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
Locations:
1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!

"Next time people are shooting at me, I'll just get hit, then," he said agreeably, hitching up the suit. Then he paused. "Wait, did you say 42? You have 42 suits now and you were on six back then?"

"The rest came later. They're not all the same, most of them different functions and capabilities or tweaks. Some of them are sort of only good for one thing, well Jack and Igor, mostly. Anyways, right now they're all collectively the House Party but I'm thinking of giving them a better name."
And he continued to babble on because hell, technology (especially his technology) was easy to talk about. It was something he could just slip into. Regurgitating information was always easy.

He lowered the suit onto the ground outside his back stoop and straightened, stretching. Liberty, his pit bull, came rushing to the back door, barking joyfully.
"Here's my place," he said unnecessarily. "Mine and Bucky's. You can stay here tonight if you want. Bruce lives a few blocks away... I don't know if you'd prefer to crash with him, or find your own place."
After the debacle of trying to open his home to Bruce, he had decided maybe it was just best for it to be just him and Bucky, despite the fact that the house was really way too big for him to live in by himself.

Yeah, he really wasn't a dog person.
And that was when it dawned on him that they had eventually gone through parts of the city, and he hardly noticed. There were cobblestone streets, and old buildings and...rain. Lots of rain. He really should have paid a lot more attention to his surroundings, especially now but... Whatever. Shit happens.
"I need to get dry first before I figure anything out." That was a polite way of asking to crash for the night... without the whole asking thing. He needed to get dry and figure out everything about the situation before he made any kind of decision. Can't solve a problem without all the variables. He wasn't here for the long term, but he was grounded until he got the suit up and running.
He gave it another look. There wasn't a whole lot of internal damage. Whatever effected it completely screwed up something internally and it had to do with the power source. He'd look it over in a bit when he wasn't sopping wet.

He rose again, and gestured towards the open door with a smile. "The shower works, and if you don't mind wearing my clothes, I've got dry ones."
no subject
"Sure I'll take some dry clothes," He said as he stepped into the house. It wasn't too bad. It wasn't great but Tony couldn't complain much. Plus, it was a little unfair for him to evaluate houses. His standards were a little high.
At least it wasn't blown up?
"So do I need to worry about your killer friend attacking me while I'm here or is that a thing he only does for you?"
no subject
He headed for his own room and opened the dresser, searching for some clothes that wouldn't offend Tony too badly. He settled in a pair of jeans and a plain white wifebeater.
"Bucky doesn't try to hurt me anymore," he said firmly. He cocked his head at Tony and smirked. "But I'd suggest you don't do anything to make him feel threatened."
