Plotting post for 'Loki gains yet another powerful magical weapon'
So at some point today, Loki is going to get his hands on Gold's dagger and figure out just what he's gotten hold of. Needless to say, this is not good news for anyone, though I suspect the person most unhappy with this turn of events is undoubtedly Gold himself.
Fortunately for Ruby City, I doubt Loki has any intentions of city domination. Which is good, because Gold would hate to be used as a weapon against the place. However, until stated otherwise, Gold's shop is effectively closed, and he won't be answering his watch unless he's alone.
At some point either later this week or some point next week, Gold will be calling in the favors owed to him. Thus a post filtered to Aqua & Dante will go up telling them that he wishes for them to retrieve something stolen from him and for them to return it to him. He'll reveal that the object to be retrieved is a monogrammed kris dagger, bearing the name 'Rumpelstiltskin' and that Loki possesses it.
That will be the entirety of the first message, but if pressed further for information, he'll warn them to be careful in how they go about getting it, ie; don't let Loki know you're after it, for two reasons: Loki's own abilities, and the fact that Loki is very much capable of turning him against them should he so desire to, and he'll have no choice but to follow through in fighting them. Unfortunately, he'll not reveal the second reason without hard pressing, unless Loki's already revealed the fact he controls the man, in which case the issue is rendered a moot point.
I'll list Gold's main abilities below for easy plot reference, and likely Loki will also list his own abilities to help Aqua & Dante figure out a way to somehow work out a plan to regain possession of the dagger from the trickster god.

Offensive:
Tossing people about via telekinesis; shoving them away, holding them in one place for a limited time period (he can and has nearly drowned someone with telekinesis before in canon)
Freezing people in place/time, severity varies; they can just be frozen and completely aware but incapable of moving, or they can be frozen and completely unaware of anything until unfrozen)
Fireballs; yes the man can literally summon a handful of fire as easily as breathing and throw it at a target.
Transfiguration; basically he can turn people into animals or plants, the latter I suspect might be lethal. He can also turn people into inanimate things which I suspect is very lethal.
Literal Heart Removal/Enchanting: The process of literally ripping out a heart without killing the person or creature it belongs to, thus enchanting it. Holding a heart means you control who or what it belongs to and can make them do just about anything. Squeezing the heart or crushing it will either hurt or kill the person/creature the heart is from.
Defensive:
Barriers/Wards; He's already shown his penchant for this here, in the forest barrier, and the barrier on the library during the monster swarm previously. His shop is warded to keep people out of things he desires to keep hidden as well.
Healing; He's capable of healing anything from minor injuries to severed limbs.
Misc:
Teleporting; The man can literally vanish from one location to reappear in another within almost the blink of an eye. Due to my game nerf; fortunately he can only teleport to locations he's already been to at least once.
