November Test Drive!

Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
Locations:
1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
3. The Beach: You can almost forget you're trapped, in a place like this...
4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
7. The Forest: Not a great place to be caught alone, but are you alone?
8. Wildcard: Pick anything from our list!
Scenarios
1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!

Rin. What happened to the Grail back home? Did we destroy it?

[ 'We'? Isn't that a bit odd to be saying? His name makes her think back on the priest's files regarding the previous Holy Grail War.
Is it possible..?
No, that doesn't seem like it should be, yet everything here added to that end result near flawlessly. How infuriating. She was only now beginning to understand the depths of Second Magic and to use it to explain her current situation seemed like a cheap excuse. ]

[Waver repeats it incredulous, hands flying over his mouth. Oh, fuck the Second Magic. Fuck it so hard right now.]
We failed?

So she corrects his mistake. It's the proper thing to do all things considered. ]
The sole responsibility of the swirl of origin was conducted without proper supervision from the Magic Association. Closing it prematurely before an associate could arrive was also my doing.

[Waver says it in hushed tones, horrified and angry.]

We need to talk.

... which is probably why I'm here, huh? [ Man, Sakura is going to be so upset when she doesn't return her call. ]

She swallows hard, trying to not let the bitterness of her situation reflect in her body language. ]

[ Sure that he doesn't intend to harm her. Magi have always been paranoid little shits, but Rin right now has seen Hell up close. Her breathing hitches in pain as a different shade of red spreads across the shirt she wore from an aggravated wound underneath.
She didn't have the energy to heal herself and the Mage Association though the relentless criminal was better subdued when in pain. Moving around on her own like this and having not changed the bandages in a while meant the embarrassment of ruining her clothes was inevitable. ]
D, damn it.

[Waver doesn't bother to hide the authority. Or the worry, because he's pale and when he stands up, he's skaing.]

I need you to explain what this is--and who you are. You said you weren't the Waver I know.

Waver Velvet, Lord El-Melloi II, lecturer at Clock Tower, patroage given by Reines of the Archibald house. Ten years after the 5th Holy Grail War, we took apart the Grail in spite of the Association's protests.
This is Ruby City. The train goes across time and space, and dumps people here. It's not unlike a reality marble.

She doesn't need anymore burdens right now.

[Waver could cry. His best friend isn't just from another world again, she's had everything go terrible, and now she's stuck here.]

I said I was fine.
This is just... ah, a flesh wound? [
I went there.]no subject

She could probably do it with both hands shackled. ]
no subject
[Gently, Waver tries to move them both forward.]
no subject
... except she still puts up some resistance. It just really hurts to move with a stab wound that's aching. ]
