[SEPTEMBER] CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme
Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!
INSTRUCTIONS
♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!
♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!
♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

CHARACTER(S): Togami here, and Carlos over at
WHO ARE THEY?: Togami is a prickly but brilliant teenage businessman. He's part of the Hope's Peak gang, and so therefore kinda suffers from bad memories of the place. He's naturally a very cruel person, though he has managed to tone that aspect of his personality down. Somewhat.
Carlos is a scientist. He studies science. Not botany, not engineering, just plain ol' science. (Whatever that is.) He hails from Night Vale, a friendly desert community where things are weirder than they are in Ruby City. He's generally a pretty easygoing guy, and a valuable resource if you need any help with either weird happenings or SCIENCE.
CURRENTLY: Togami manages the bookstore, and is also the caretaker of most of the city's cat population. He's mostly given up on his quest to create an economy for Ruby City, but he'd be happy to rekindle that idea.
Carlos, being fairly new, isn't doing much of anything. Go figure. He's mostly just holing up in the library, doing research.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Please give Togami some positive relationships. Please. I'm cool with most things for Carlos, though!
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I think I'm cool with most everything? The only thing I might shy away from is romantic intentions with Carlos--he's very happily taken.
