1. Galadriel is literally older than the sun and the moon in her world.
2. When she was young, she walked across a frozen landbridge to get to Middle Earth. It was... bad.
3. As a result, she is not too happy when there are heavy snows/harsh winters. That kind of trauma stays with you.
4. She married late for an elf. Supposedly most elves marry around 100. She was closer to 1,000.
5. She was the youngest of five siblings and the only girl.
6. She was also the only one of those to survive into the Second Age of Middle Earth.
7. Galadriel is about 6'4". (Yes, this is book canon, I swear).
8. She is still not very good at estimating the ages of mortals. Her sense of time is just too different and she hasn't spent enough time with them yet.
9. She speaks three languages fluently: Quenya, Sindarin, and Westron. She probably knows a smattering of others here and there.
10. She was an athlete in her youth! Tolkien specifically mentions footraces. While she's probably not as fast as she used to be, I still think she could hold her own in a race.
11. Despite the fact that she's constantly having her beauty praised, she's not actually very vain. With one exception: the hair.
12. Speaking of the hair, it's said to be golden "shot with strands of silver" and was said by some to look as though it had captured the light of the Two Trees
13. She is very musically inclined. Singing is a particular talent and her favorite instrument to play is the harp, though she dabbles in others.
14. She was a terrible troublemaker when she was young- and got away with more than she should have because she was manipulative, smart, and had big blue eyes to bat at people. Spoiled princess, indeed.
15. She actually knows how to metal smith. When she was young, she was trained by Aule, the Smith of the Valar. While I don't think she ever reached the point of some of her relatives, it's not a stretch to bet that she could make some basic weapons, jewelry, etc.

Miles Edgeworth and oh god I need to update his headcanon page.
2. To fit in with the Japanifornia theme, he's half-Japanese American on his mother's side.
3. Edgeworth's music tastes are baroque, classical, jazz, Steel Samurai soundtracks and Korean disco music. The last two are secrets.
4. He also has a soft spot for well written sci-fi novels but won't admit it.
5. In fact, Edgeworth generally doesn't admit to reading fiction in general.
6. Above his bedroom is an attic where he keeps his Steel Samurai merchandise. This includes a Nintendo Wii where he has a couple of Steel Samurai and Pink Princess action games and puzzle games - he sucks at the action games.
7. Canon indicates that Edgeworth's father was also rich. In the 3DS translation of the second game, we find he doesn't like large fireplaces that much because they remind him of his childhood before his father's death.
8. Miles spent six months in an orphanage after his father's death until he was taken in by Von Karma.
9. He speaks four languages. His first language is English and he can speak German like a native, thanks to Von Karma upbringing. He also speaks Spanish and French really well but not without foreign accents, which he is embarrassed by.
10. Talking of nationality, he is not British. The weird British posh accent in Dual Destinies was actually Von Karma's fault (perfection!!!!).
11. In Ruby City, he spends most of his time at the police station and sometimes the library. Sometimes, he can be found in the street walking his dog.
12. He secretly misses not having Gumshoe around in Ruby City. ;_;
13. The five countries Edgeworth prosecuted in between the second and third games were England, Austria, Spain, France and Ireland.
14. He misses his blue and red chess board at home but has a replacement made by Diarmuid in Ruby City. Including the spiky-haired pieces and the pieces with swords. Sorry, Phoenix. :/

1. He can ice skate. Not FIGURE skate but he knows his way around a frozen pond.
2. JW is afraid of robots.
3. JW can't swim.
4. He cries at the "Baby Mine" scene in Dumbo ERRY TIME.
5. He once ate an entire box of donuts on the spot to impress a girl. It did not work.
6. JW is missing a top and bottom tooth. One is from a fight and the other is from falling down a flight of stairs. He can't remember which is which.
7. There's a really shitty Quetzalcoatl tattoo on his right shoulderblade. He got it while high at a party.
8. He has seen every known episode of Gilligan's Island.
9. His favorite comic strip is Peanuts.
10. JW's eyesight is really shitty. He could get fined for driving without glasses. IF THE COPS COULD CATCH HIM.
11. He can sing but cannot play any instrument very well.
12. JW has a rasp in his voice because he was once trapped in a burning house that then collapsed on top of him. His throat never fully recovered.
13. His handwriting is awful and he often doesn't even finish writing the whole letter.

1. Maurice has the ability to shapeshift into fog but has never done it because he's afraid of somebody breathing him in.
2. The only pet Maurice has ever owned that was ENTIRELY HIS was a goldfish.
3. He still doesn't know that being bi is an option.
4. Maurice took an entire class on Shakespeare in collage and it is one of his fondest memories of school. HE HAS TOLD NO ONE.
5. He still isn't convinced Ruby City's moon is real.
6. Maurice used to be an infamous school bully and primarily targeted band and drama kids.
7. He is allergic to olives. No one else in his family is and they don't actually believe him.
8. Up until college, Maurice kept his hair really short. He only discovered The Mullet when he became too depressed to get it cut during a really bad semester. It gave him a confidence boost.

12. As a vampire, Maurice has the ability to hypnotize others with his eyes. He has only done this twice in his canon and then quit because it made him feel super gross and creepy.
13. The longest Maurice has gone without alcohol of SOME SORT since his college days is a month and a half.
14. Maurice can speak really stilted toddler-level French.

1. Roman only recently discovered he is of Japanese/Italian decent. He can speak neither language.
2. He has a deeply ingrained irrational phobia of whales.
3. Roman has only uncovered about 1/3 of his demonic potential so far in RC.
4. Roman's stutter comes from a motorcycle accident he was in at age 11. He had to take two years of speech therapy to get to where he is now.
5. He bleats like a goat when surprised.
6. Roman's goal ever since discovering he was more or less damned to a life of being an asshole until he gets all his memories back is to become the best Disney villain ever.

Tanaka Gundam
1. Cannot swim. At all. Naturally, he attributes this to a curse of unspecified origin/being "not very effective against water-types."
2. Really, really, really does not like to be touched (by humans). Currently, the only exceptions to this are his mother, Hinata Hajime, Sonia Nevermind, and Ikusaba Mukuro.
3. Has a particular fondness for sad animal movies and can/will cry while watching them.
4. Can draw a transmutation circle from memory (with remarkable speed) because he's just that much of a freaking nerd.
5. Selected titles he has given himself: Supreme Overlord of Ice, Ultimate Evil Eye Wielder, Sonic Speed Summoner, Future Ruler of the Earth, Overlord of Ice of the Destroyed World of Death, and others that I can't be arsed to look up at the moment/have made up and summarily forgotten.
6. Succeeded at proliferating an endangered species. This is part of what qualified him for recruitment to Hope's Peak Academy. (As for which animal, I picked the Iriomote cat because it's one of few critically endangered species native to Japan and also because cats.)
7. His mother's cooking is terrible. He eats it anyway because he can't stand seeing her cry.
8. Number 7 corollary: he claims that his entire body has been poisoned due to the aforementioned consumption of awful foodstuffs. Also uses this as an excuse to have people not touch him.
9. Despite his interest in manga and obvious chuunibyou, his favorite books are actually... nonfiction texts about animals. And no one was surprised.
10. Is a vegetarian. And no one was surprised (again).
11. Has thus far in Ruby City lived exclusively with women. No one is more confused about this than he is.
12. His favorite food is orange squash marked with the face of the devil, a.k.a. pumpkin, because it's healthy, can be cooked in a lot of different ways, and its seeds are a good source of nutrition for his hamsters. Everything is hamsters.
13. His favorite season is spring solely because baby animals.
14. In addition to RIDICULOUS CHUUNIBYOU, his left arm is wrapped in bandages due to numerous injuries he's sustained while breaking up fights between his Four Dark Devas of Destruction.
15. In Ruby City, Gundam has 23
petsfamiliars: the Four Dark Devas of Destruction (hamsters), Striking White Cobra Rib-N (giant rat), Neo Apocalyptic Shining Dawn (white fire lizard), four Lionhead Lop rabbits, twelve chickens, and Shinoda (blue fire lizard adopted after Kuzuryuu Fuyuhiko left). This is not counting the two warg packs he regularly visits out on the plains or the giant spider he briefly adopted during the winter months before she grew too big to stay indoors/it warmed up enough outside for her to return to the forest. This is also also not counting Ikusaba Mukuro's warg or the cat she adopted after Pekoyama Peko left.Basically, House 7 is a fucking zoo.

3. His given name is actually Tenmei (written 典明), which can also be read as 'Noriaki'. Due to simply not liking how it sounded, he started insisting upon reading it the latter way. Any similarity to his father's name Noriyuki (徳行) is probably coincidental. Probably.
4. Relatedly, his mother's name is Kakyoin Fujiko. (藤子) She works from home as a freelance artist, and his father is a well-respected history professor with an unfortunate interest in Egypt.
5. All he told his parents before leaving was that he was going on a trip with some friends. Knowing they wouldn't understand even if he tried to explain it, he left it at that and decided to try giving more details when he got back.
Whoops.6. Due to events in Egypt, Kakyoin's eyes are highly sensitive to sunlight. Before long he's going to end up with a slight case of myopia that he'll probably need glasses for.
7. His birthday is July 26, 1970, making him a Leo with a ruby birthstone and the birth tarot cards of Temperance and--of course--the Hierophant.
8. Kakyoin's 178 cm tall and weighs 65 kg (5'10", 143). He's actually the notably small one in his circle of friends.
9. His favorite musician is Sting, and his favorite actor is Masakazu Tamura. He also likes baseball, particularly the Yomiuri Giants.
10. His preferred hobby aside from art is playing video games, and he's unbelievably good at it. Like 'this kid could probably have invented speedrunning' good. Given the time period, he'd most likely have played the original Legend of Zelda, Dragon Quest, Castlevania, Mega Man, and Final Fantasy. (This poor kid has no idea how long any of those series are now.)
