[Well, look here. Yet another person he never thought he'd meet, though with the way things were going and the ever increasing complexity of the temporal shenanigans going on within their game sessions it wouldn't surprise him at all at this point if they eventually met in their native universe.

Dirk slides his shades up to a more secure position on the bridge of his nose with the tip of his forefinger, then steps into view with the kind of idle swagger that can't belong to anyone but a Strider.. as if the hair and Kamina shades don't give him away.]

Thank you. As I informed Davesprite, I suspect that my overpowering lust for Strider irony must have influenced the game's pajama color schemes.

[Dirk isn't even going to count that as a meeting. He was too busy being the wet blanket on every frivolous situation that he usually is, and things needed doing. Friends to save, worlds to destroy, that kind of thing.]

[He takes her hand in his, giving a brief, polite shake.]

Only when absolutely necessary. You know how it goes. [One eyebrow goes up slightly.] But you don't fill the criteria, so I reckon you're safe.

Not yet, at least. [She says it in the same joking way she's been saying everything else. She's definitely not still nursing a faint hangover or anything.]

Am I correct in assuming that you are also a tenant of the 'Snarkbait Lodge?'
