Hi, I'm Beth, I'm brand new, and I'm bringing in yet another addition to your Doctor Who cast, in this case Jamie McCrimmon. He's originally an 18th century Highlander who wound up travelling with the Second Doctor for quite a few years before being sent home by the Time Lords. I'm bringing him post-canon, so thanks to those same Time Lords he currently only remembers his first adventure with the Doctor and so should have some interesting times ahead of him.
