SUPER MINI VALENTINES DAY THING

In light of the recent event, the Valentine's event is going to be rather straightforward and mostly non-magical-- but don't let 'non-magical' make you believe there won't be any mischief.
At the place where the kiosks were located during the Despair Disease event, new, brightly-colored machines are present. They look very much like arcade machines decorated in soft amber-yellows and pinks and reds; romantic, like the January-through-February scrapbooking displays at Michael's Craft Store. Beside these machines are tall narrow signs that read "VALENTINES", complete with similarly gaudy designs.
Should you choose to turn the machine on, you will be able to select from a list of valentine types, select a recipient, and if you choose, replace the placeholder message with a personalised message of your own.
The available valentines are as follows (and their descriptions will read as these ICly!):
-Candygram: For friends but not quite lovers, the simple candygram. A pink card with a heart-shaped lolly pop attached. It's strawberry flavor.
-Friendgram: Sans Candy: For friends who can't have candy or simply for who you don't like enough to get candy, a similar pink card decorated with images of a little lion and a little bear being bestest buddies forever.
-Candy Heart: A simple, elegant, pink-and-red-striped heart box with 4 chocolates inside. Your message will be on the backside of the box.
-Romantic Doves: A more serious valentine for more serious lovers. A lace heart with two little doves "carrying" a ribbon over it. Your message can be much longer, and will roll off a scroll located in the middle of the card.
-Glitterbow: For friends you hate, Enemies, or friends with a better sense of humour. Limited space for messages. A fat, seemingly harmless bow with a pull tab. When the pull tab is used as instructed, it will explode into a shower of glitter. If your recipient doesn't open it within an hour and a half of receiving it, the bow will open itself. Great fun!
In addition to the kiosks being available, more observant residents may notice that a small trolley is making rounds on the train tracks. It does not pick anyone up yet, however.
On the 13th, though, it will start to pick up passengers every day after 4pm between the 13th and 15th. It will take passengers to the east beach, where a new Boardwalk will be open, complete with prize stalls, games, small rides, and a ferris wheel. The boardwalk, reminiscent of days gone by, will be accessible every Friday-Sunday between 4pm and 2am from now on. When visited during the day or days it is closed and will be an empty ghost town-- but during its scheduled times, it will be run by the ghosts from the Summer Festival, who are eager to feed and play with the town.
An opening announcement will be given by Ikaros and Chassie, Mod schedules permitting.
