March Test Drive

Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
Locations:
1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!
Tonika • OC
[ This girl is scared and unnerved and absolutely everything in between. Tremors on her fingertips betray her mood easily to anyone who comes across her as she plays with the pocketwatch, walking the streets near the train station and trying to slip into as much denial as she can possibly handle. This is a dream, this is a nightmare, this is simply not what it appears to be.
Rumbling clouds in the distance warn of a storm coming, and she knows she'll have to find shelter, but where? She doesn't want to go near any of these foreign buildings or worse, run into any unfamiliar people.
What to do? ]
Hello fellow OC
The rain begins to fall faster than Caelica expected, making her whine to herself. She hates the rain and just want to get back home, but someone is in need! Caelica feels so torn for a second, until she decides to be the good person her society has raised her to be, much to her internal complaining. She created a barrier of light above her and the stranger, in the form similar to a runic magic circle. It acts like an umbrella, but it instead turns water into vapor from the heat of the barrier's outer surface]
The weather in this city can be unpredictable.
[Caelica approaches Tonika with her hands on her hips, but overall her body language is warm, welcoming, and friendly]
hi hi
[ Tonika flinches completely at the sight of magic, making her stumble back and fall into a puddle behind her--not that it turns her attention away from the person approaching her. Her stare is practically screaming 'witchcraft!' or something similar as she flails to get up, getting back on her feet, but appearing as though she's about to run away. ]
Re: hi hi
[Caelica blinks when Tonika fell on the puddle, extending a helping hand until she noticed Tonika's expression of what Caelica figured was fear]
Is there something the matter, miss? You're not from a world without magic are you?
no subject
She approaches Tonika from the opposite direction, raising a hand in greeting - first person she's seen since she got here. She's holding the same pocketwatch in that hand, but not really playing with it. ]
Yo.

Can I-- help you?

But that doesn't mean you shouldn't tend to immediate needs. There's a cafe up there. [ she motions back over her shoulder in the direction she came. ]

I see. And it is a safe place?
no subject
I was just there, and so far so good.
no subject
Do you know what this place is?
no subject
Could be Earth, I guess.

It's this way.

Right... thank you. You don't have to help me if you're busy. [ She'll begin to follow. ]

Excuse me--!
[She calls out, finally opening the umbrella she had been carrying.]
no subject
Y- yes? Who are you?
[ Oh, she's openly terrified, not quite of Integra, but of the situation and the type of people she fears could show up here in such a strange place. The only thing that would make her feel more comfortable would be being armed. ]
